What do we do?

What a great question! Most people don't know that what we do is called corporate leasing for business travelers or Airbnb arbitrage. In short, we at HG Haven sign a lease with a landlord, pay rent every month, and then furnish the unit and host short-term or mid-term guests, usually professionals, travel nurses, or families visiting town. Not your typical Airbnb homes.

Who stays in the property?

We host pre-screened business professionals, traveling nurses, corporate clients, and families visiting the area. We do not allow parties. We clarify this with posters, email reminders and our own surveillance. Every guest is verified through Truvi, and we use noise monitoring and camera surveillance on the exterior for added protection.

Do you screen guest?

Yes, we screen every guest through our third-party app Truvi. Guests submit a photo ID and a real-time selfie, and Truvi instantly runs a biometric check confirming that the two match. Along with a Criminal Background Check. Guest's details are run through 2400+ national and federal criminal databases to check for matches. Lastly, Truvi does a Sex Offender Check; guests' details are run through the US national sex offender registry to check for matches.

Do you use cameras?

Yes, we have ring cameras to ensure our verified guests are the only ones entering the property. We also provide exterior cameras along with noise monitors to ensure our guests stay respectful to our neighbors.

Why wouldn’t I just do STR myself?

That’s a great question. Many landlords feel the same way until they realize how much work is involved — marketing, guest communication, cleaning coordination, maintenance, and compliance. We handle all of that. You simply collect rent, no time, no stress.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, we require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Are you subleasing?

Yes, but only with your full permission and a lease clause allowing it. Everything is transparent and above board. You’ll know exactly what’s happening in your property at all times.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.
